Why are you on a diet? of course the answer is to lose weight . but the fact that people who diet tends to reduce daily diet , which should be 2x a day 3 times a day , even 1x per day . instead there who only eat meat / fruit alone . Of course it is not good for health , it can even make your body becomes weak due to lack of combustion much less nutritional intake . nah surely ask . how do I overcome this ? There is a way and you can still eat your favorite foods . and still eat 3x .
